Pris is the founder and CEO of Be-novative, a Design Thinking process management platform that helps organizations surface the most important problems and opportunities to solve on any level of an organization and remotely engage the employees or their larger community in solving these creative problems together by sharing and evaluating disruptive ideas, then validating the most tangible solutions through collective intelligence, AI and machine learning to drive outstanding results that wouldn’t be possible alone.Pris is the winner of Singularity University’s first Global Impact Competition in the CEE region in 2012, The Next Web’s Innovation Challenge, TechMatch Europe Silicon Valley and Morgan Stanley CTO Summits. As an entrepreneur, she was recognized by Forbes 30under30.Pris graduated as a psychologist in 2009 from the University of Budapest and University of Copenhagen. She researched for 8 years how to enhance both individual and group creativity, and how to boost the innovation skills of both individuals and large organizations. She wrote several articles about the future of education and why collective creativity will strengthen our self-esteem and how it drives a happier and higher quality life. Pris is also a graduate of Singularity University where she directly learned Design Thinking from IDEO and Stanford D School, and lean startup methods from Eric Ries and the Lean Startup Machine. Be-novative is an SU Labs company, that is also backed by as a shareholder and Microsoft and Spencer Stewart as strategic partners.Pris received 500,000 EUR grant from the European Commission in 2010 to implement her Open Innovation project and teach her innovation courses in 8 countries in Europe. She has supported the OECD to involve thousands of people in designing more inclusive societies.Pris is not only responsible for the vision, strategic planning and business development in Be-novative, but she uses design thinking to plan and prioritize Be-novative’s new features based on customer needs and designs its collective intelligence algorithm to measure the impact of innovation and surface breakthroughs.
