Karen Tay is a seasoned global leader with extensive experience driving public good initiatives across government, technology, and consulting. A Princeton University and Oxford University alumna, she has collaborated with Prime Ministers, Tech CEOs, and Cabinet Ministers, providing strategic counsel on organizational transformation and leveraging technology for societal benefit. Through her tenure at the Singapore Prime Minister's Office, Karen played a pivotal role in positioning Singapore as a hub for technology talent and championing the use of technology to advance equity and public good. At Iterative Health, she led groundbreaking initiatives to promote equitable healthcare through computer vision technology across the United States. Earlier in her career, she spearheaded billions of dollars in equitable educational reform in Singapore and served as a political speechwriter. Recognized as an Asia 21 Next Generation Fellow and a Women's Forum Rising Talent, Karen's leadership has earned her international acclaim. Beyond her organizational roles, she is an internationally recognized certified executive coach, having guided hundreds of startup founders and emerging women leaders to drive impactful, values-aligned change.
