Sessions
The future of food
Where does our food come from? How many decisions can we make when it comes to eating? Do we desire greater participation in the process? Food serves as a reflection of people, culture, and technology. While our industrialized food system sustains more individuals, it also generates new challenges. These questions and challenges have inspired Tutu to research and create her food design projects. For instance, Protein Fantasy envisions an alternative reality where people grow proteins at home using cellular agriculture. In this session, we will explore a selection of projects aimed at reimagining the future of growing and consuming our food.
