Most organizations use AI to do what they already do, a little faster. That's how they end up with AI theater: plenty of activity, very little change. There's a better question to start with.
Not "how do we use AI?" but "what should this business become?"
Why singularity
Singularity has spent years studying how exponential technologies reshape industries. This course puts that perspective in your hands.
Our approach to AI strategy goes beyond understanding individual tools and applications. It examines the forces driving technological change, the opportunities created when technologies converge, and the decisions leaders must make in response.
01
Challenge assumptions about how quickly technology can advance and what becomes possible as costs fall and capabilities improve.
02
Explore how AI intersects with robotics, biotechnology, automation, and other emerging technologies to create opportunities and competitive threats.
03
Translate technological possibilities into strategic choices, organizational priorities, and responsible action.

The course

Explore how to identify organizational challenges, uncover opportunities, and distinguish meaningful AI applications from distractions.
Examine the role of data, AI models, organizational capabilities, and responsible decision-making in evaluating potential solutions.
