Viviana Ruiz

Viviana supports Singularity’s open enrollment programs and works closely with Prevail to nurture our EP-to-Enterprise pipeline. Based in the Boston area, she brings a global perspective shaped by her Colombian roots and a career that has taken her around the world in business development, sales, and marketing.

Her professional journey includes serving as an Implementation Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership, where she gained hands-on experience with executive education program delivery and account management. Prior to joining Singularity in 2022, she worked with HiCue Speakers, a speakers bureau that collaborates with thought leaders such as Peter Diamandis and Ray Kurzweil—her first introduction to Singularity.

Viviana is energized to be back in a sales-focused role and is excited to hit the ground running at the upcoming October Executive Program. Outside of work, she enjoys life in Boston with her husband and son, while her two daughters are living in Madrid—one studying at a local university and the other starting her career in interior design. This past summer, she cherished time spent with her family in Spain, where her son fulfilled a dream by attending the Real Madrid soccer camp.
