Sessions
Design at Scale: Human-Centered Leadership for an Exponential Age
In this capstone session, participants will synthesize their SU learnings and leverage human-centered design to address complex (organizational and societal) challenges.
Through case studies, we’ll examine how to create feedback loops that drive innovation while remaining grounded in first principles. Through interactive exercises, we’ll identify opportunities and map innovation pathways in our own ecosystems. Finally, we’ll apply these frameworks across multiple levels of scale - from product development to organizational transformation.
Ideal for senior leaders, this session synthesizes key exponential thinking concepts into actionable strategies. Participants will emerge with a map of experiments to run in their own ecosystems to create sustainable value - from product to platform to ecosystem.
