Expert Bio

Priszcilla Garami-Várnagy is a behavioral scientist, world-class facilitator, and entrepreneur at the intersection of creativity, augmented capabilities, and artificial intelligence. She is the founder and CEO of Superflow, an AI-based skill assessment platform, and Be-novative, a Design Thinking Process Management SaaS platform that drives enterprise organizational creativity and collective intelligence on a global scale. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Priszcilla has earned recognition through prestigious competitions including Singularity University's first Global Impact Competition in the CEE region, The Next Web's Innovation Challenge, TechMatch Europe Silicon Valley, and Morgan Stanley CTO Summits. She serves as an adjunct professor at SMU Cox School of Business, where she facilitates large-scale workshops for MBA students and hundreds of enterprise employees, and advises the University of California Santa Barbara's Executive Women Leadership Program. With over 500 Open Innovation projects implemented across six continents, Priszcilla has partnered with the OECD to engage thousands of people in designing more inclusive societies. A prolific thought leader, she has authored numerous articles on the future of innovation, education, and collective creativity, exploring how collaborative intelligence fuels breakthrough products and services and enhances quality of life. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Budapest and the University of Copenhagen, earned in 2009.
