Expert Bio

Kris Østegaard is a researcher, author, and globally sought-after keynote speaker specializing in responsible business, business ethics, corporate culture, innovation in established organizations, and the impact of technological change. As Head of Research & Publishing at Rehumanize Institute, he leads the international Responsible Business Study conducted in partnership with Accenture, which identifies the four pillars that distinguish Responsible Business Leaders and enable organizations to design systematically for responsible business. He is the editor of Ethics@Work, author of Transforming Legacy Organizations, and co-author of The Fundamental 4s: Designing Extraordinary Customer Experiences in an Exponential World. Kris also hosts two influential podcasts — The Corporate Innovation Podcast, presented by Singularity University, and The Responsible Business Podcast. A serial entrepreneur and thought leader, he co-founded SingularityU Nordic, experience design firm DARE2, accelerator program Thinkubator, and co-working space DARE2mansion. He serves as a GeoTech Center Action Council Member at the Atlantic Council and is a global Singularity University expert and speaker, making him one of the most recognized voices at the intersection of responsible business, corporate innovation, and exponential technology.
