Karine Arama

Karine Arama, a.k.a. Kay,  is a seasoned financial markets expert with over two decades of experience at the forefront of global finance. She held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and RBS, developing deep expertise in Fixed-Income, Foreign Exchange, and Emerging Markets while working across Paris, London, and Singapore.

Karine later transitioned from high finance to early-stage venture capital, joining SGH Capital as a Partner. There, she focuses on breakthrough technologies, including blockchain infrastructure, AI, and Humanoid Robotics. She also served as COO of IOV, a pioneering blockchain-infrastructure start-up, helping lay early foundations for today’s decentralised-finance ecosystem.

In parallel, Karine founded Train with Kay, a thriving wellness company centered on performance, longevity, and resilience. As a certified fitness coach, Thai-boxing, and yoga instructor, she has guided leaders and executives to transform not only their bodies but also their decision-making stamina. She is also a certified skydiver, deep scuba diver and Vipassana meditator, experiences that have sharpened her ability to operate under pressure, confront fear, and apply knowledge through precise protocols—an approach she now brings to investing in uncertain times.
