With a career spanning diverse high-impact roles — including Lead Industrial Engineer, Operations Manager for a Rapid Prototype Aircraft Program, Senior Industry Assessment and Strategy Analyst, Business Process Engineer, and Director of Portfolio Management — David brings a rare combination of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to every engagement.
