Silicon Valley · 5 Days · 120 Leaders

The world is accelerating.

Most strategies aren't.

Technology is changing faster than most leadership thinking can keep up with. Five days in Silicon Valley closes that gap — giving you the mindset, knowledge, and network to see what's coming and shape it.

The adaptability gap

You know change is coming. You're not sure what to do about it.

Humanity is on track to experience 20,000 years of technological progress in the next 100. Traditional leadership education transfers knowledge that's already outdated. What leaders need now are new mental models — not just new methods.

The leaders who come to EP aren't uninformed. They're ahead of most peers. But they want more signal and less noise, and a room full of people who feel the same urgency.

The pace of AI has outrun your strategic plan

Board questions are getting harder. The answers require frameworks you weren't taught.

Technology feels like noise, not signal

Too many headlines, too few tools for deciding what actually matters to your organization.

Seeing around the corner is getting harder

Second and third-order thinking is now a leadership requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Your network isn't wrestling with the same questions

The most valuable conversations are with peers facing the same inflection points, globally.

The journey

Five days. One trajectory shift.

Built around a single arc — from understanding why exponential change matters, to knowing what it means for your industry, to having a concrete path forward.

Day 1 — Why
Reframe how you see change

Exponential thinking isn't technoptimism. It's a precise framework for why your intuition about technology timelines is almost always wrong — and how to re-calibrate it to stop operating on assumptions built for a dead world.

Days 2–3 — What
Build fluency in what's coming

AI, biotech, quantum computing, mixed realities, robotics, energy are just some of the frontier technology areas taught by experts actually doing the work.

Days 4–5 — How
Leave with a concrete path forward

Strategic frameworks, hands-on workshops, and a foresight toolkit you can apply the Monday you're back. You leave with specific insights for your business, industry, or role — not just abstract ideas.

See it for yourself

A week that's hard to describe. Watch it instead.

No slides can replicate the energy of 120 global leaders in one room confronting the future together. This recap from a recent cohort comes closest.

"I expected to leave smarter. What I didn't expect was to be transformed — my perspective shifted in ways that are still hard to fully articulate."

For organizations

Bring your leadership team.

The most durable organizational transformation happens when a team arrives, learns, and leaves together. Group enrollment creates a shared language and a shared framework — one your leaders can apply collectively from day one back.

Shared vocabulary and mental models

When a cohort of leaders attends together, exponential thinking becomes an organizational capability — not just an individual one.

Group rates available

Organizations enrolling 3 or more leaders qualify for group pricing. Contact admissions for a custom proposal.

About Singularity

15 years closing the adaptability gap.

Singularity is the leader in educating, inspiring, and empowering leaders to imagine and create breakthroughs powered by exponential technologies. We've spent 15 years refining what it means to truly prepare a leader for an exponential world.

Founded in Silicon Valley in 2008 — at the intersection of NASA, Google, and a global network of technologists committed to a future of abundance.

200,000+ leaders inspired across 100+ countries from industry, academia, and government.

300+ expert practitioners — researchers, founders, and policymakers actively at the cutting edge, not academics teaching from textbooks.

15 years of curriculum refinement across the Why, What, and How of exponential change — built for senior leaders, not generic audiences.

For ongoing insights on AI, biotech, quantum, and the technologies covered in EP, Singularity Hub publishes some of the most-read science and technology journalism in the world.

Frequently asked questions

+ Is this worth 5 days away from my role?
The leaders who get the most from EP are usually the ones who feel too busy to leave — and who recognize that's exactly why they need to. 80% of attendees say they applied specific learnings directly to their organization. The ROI isn't in the classroom. It's in the decisions you make differently for the next decade.
+ I'm not a "tech person." Will I keep up?
Most attendees aren't engineers or technologists. The program is built for senior decision-makers, not developers. You won't code or need to understand algorithms at a mechanical level. You'll leave with the executive-level fluency to evaluate, lead, and deploy technology decisions confidently.
+ How is this different from an MBA or conference?
EP isn't a curriculum from five years ago, and it's not a conference stage. The faculty are active practitioners. The cohort is deliberately small (120 max) and global, selected for seniority and curiosity. Many attendees specifically call out the cohort as the most valuable part of the week — something no conference delivers.
+ What do I take back to my organization?
On the final two days, you build a personal action plan using strategic foresight tools — concrete next steps tied to your industry and role. You leave with frameworks you can use in Monday's meeting, a global peer network, and a new lens for evaluating strategic decisions. 92% of attendees report a positive impact on their professional development.
+ Can I bring my leadership team?
Yes. Group rates are available and many organizations send cohorts of 3–8 leaders together. Shared attendance significantly amplifies organizational impact — your team arrives home with a common framework and vocabulary for navigating exponential change. Contact admissions for group pricing and logistics.
+ How should I think about the $15,900 investment?
Comparable to a single week at Harvard or Wharton executive education — but focused entirely on the technologies rewriting every industry, not on case studies from the past decade. For leaders at a pivotal strategic moment, the cost is a rounding error on the value of one better decision made with clarity rather than confusion.
+ How long is the review process?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Most applicants hear back within 5–7 business days. We recommend applying early as cohort spots are limited to 120 leaders and fill by application review order.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
We understand schedules change. Please contact our admissions team at ep@su.org for full details on our cancellation and deferral policy. In many cases we can transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.
