MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – September 28, 2017 – Singularity University SU, a global community with a mission to educate, inspire, and empower leaders to apply exponential technologies to address humanity’s grand challenges, today announced it is hosting its third SU Ventures Demo Faire, Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Singularity University. At the Demo Faire, fifteen potential startups will showcase their innovations for good to impact investors in hopes of securing early-round funding.

The teams’ 39 founders recently completed a 6-week Incubator and are alumni of SU’s 2017 Global Solutions Program (GSP). During the GSP, they tested and refined their moonshot ideas for improving the global climate and environment. Moonshots are defined by SU as those initiatives that have the potential to positively impact one billion people within the next ten years. As part of the Incubator, participants developed their ideas to a minimum viable product (MVP) stage, which they will now demonstrate and present to investors to encourage early funding of their startups. We can leverage their high risk tolerance and savvy, inspire them to action, and point out those areas in need of their genius.
